Frequently Asked Questions
We are given a minimum order of 225 € net purchases per quarter to maintain a 40% merchant discount. However, this requirement is already fulfilled within the first year with the starter set. If it is not possible to reach the 225 € per quarter requirement, in the next year you will automatically be placed in the next lower category, which offers a 30% discount with no minimum purchase of 150 € net purchase per quarter to keep the lifetime affiliate program running. If you fall under 150 € you can not participate on any lifetime commission program.
As part of the Merchant Entry program, we have a minimum purchase order requirement of 50 € per order.
The 40% discount will remain available as long as you meet the minimum order requirement per quarter. However, there's no need to worry because in the first year, you can focus on growing your business without any restrictions.
We do not impose any processing fees. Our pricing structure only includes a minimal shipment fee.
Refunds should be handled by the merchant. However, in the case of any complaints regarding product quality or issues with the products, we will work together with you to address and resolve them.
